SERVICES
In her clinical child psychology practice, Orit specialises in the 0-12 year old -toddler, preschool and primary age groups - with emotional, anxiety, behavioural, attentional, social, sleep and toileting difficulties.
Every referring parent is offered a set of assessment sessions- a meeting with the parent(s), and then a meeting with the child, to examine the causes for the concerns in the child.
Following a comprehensive assessment, an individualised treatment plan is written to help parents and children with the changes that they would like to make in their home. Parents receive a detailed formulation of the problem, ruling out significant childhood diagnoses. They are then offered a course of therapy sessions, working closely with parents and older children to improve the child’s emotional and behavioural wellbeing, leading to a happier and more functional home.
